Timber Howligan – Cat of Mystery and Adventure

A novel by Heather J. Frederick

Timber Howligan is just a carefree, although extremely formidable, Cat of Mystery and Adventure, until he finds out his best friend, Lester McMuffin, is a real Secret Agent Cat. One winter night, along with Lester and his ill-tempered friend Pfizz, Timber infiltrates the barn to solve a simple Mystery and conquer a warm bowl of milk. Instead, he finds himself caught up in a web of intrigue involving smuggled animals, international spies, and bacon. As their Adventures take them to the butcher shop, the library, and beyond, they find daunting obstacles and enemies determined to thwart them. But surprising new allies–and a homemade grappling gun–help Timber face his fears and save the day.
